We delivered this through written articles, videos, podcasts and social-first content.- Led the news and social media function within Sophos, managing a team of writers, technical experts and social media specialists- Produced daily and weekly news content, maintaining a content calendar to align with company campaigns and industry events- Aligned with PR and Labs researchers to create a coordinated approach to releasing research to maximise the impact of one piece of content- Executed and led the rapid response to breaking news situations- Scripted and hosted weekly podcast- Sourced and edited news articles- Appeared on Facebook Live and other videos as a Sophos expert- Monthly results reporting to SMT- Researched and generated team interest in emerging platform trends, A/B test initiatives.
