Responsible for entire recruitment cycle of IBM’s Cyber Security Center of excellence in Beer Sheva and Haifa Research Lab:• Working closely with the hiring manager to define the desired profile and job description. Leading a process of changing the hiring manager experience, from passive CV screening and candidates interviewing to actively taking part in the “hunting” and sourcing process and making the hiring manager an active partner. • Conducting active sourcing, initiating both onsite and off-site events. For example: using various social media tools such as LinkedIn recruiter, Facebook and etc’, manage on line recruitment campaigns, holding professional meetups in AI, ML, cloud and blockchain domains, promoting employer branding on social media. Constantly trying to embrace and use a new tools, methods and ideas and to be ahead of our competition. • Conducting HR (behavioral) interviews, assessment, workshops and writing assessment summaries. • Leading a new candidate experience project within Haifa Lab and keeping touch with the candidates through entire hiring process including contract and salary negotiations, on boarding etc’.

-Responsible for the recruitment process of IBM Research - Israel -Responsible for full recruitment life cycle, active sourcing using social media tools such as LinkedIn and Facebook, manage on line recruitment campaign.- Conducting interviews, assessment workshops and writing assessment summaries.-Conduction and instruction of behavioral interviewing workshops for managers - Personal support and advice to managers. - Handling and building tight relationship with the Academy.

GBS HR Partner Assistant– working closely with Global Business Services HR Partner on workforce, welfare, promotions, and recruitments issues. Lead the full recruiting cycle: performing the recruitment for GBS and other business unites in IBM Israel, working with hiring managers, consulting on job definitions, publishing the requisitions on social networks (Linkedin, Facebook) recruiting, sourcing and interviewing candidates. Working closely with Universities and colleges to build, maintain and develop relationships.

•Account Manager – managing and creating relationships with HR and professional hiring managers (clients include some of the largest High Tech companies in Israel). Leading the entire recruitment and selection process for a wide range of technological positions. Receiving client requests and defining positions, using various media channels (including social networks) to advertise for the positions, selecting and filtering resumes and interviewing potential candidates in the fields of: Software, Hardware, IT, QA, Sales and Marketing, System and Web.• Training Manager – Leading the entire technology training process (SW, QA, IT etc') of new workers in the company; absorption of new workers, preparation of business plans, development of training documents and presentations. Conducting personal and group training sessions, holding status meetings and ensuring the workers are fully integrated and successful in the new position.
