I work with managers and staff to ensure the company operates efficiently. Serving both our residential and commercial teams requires me to wear several different hats! One of my main tasks is helping to brainstorm and create new systems to streamline our workflow. I also assist with the hiring process by writing our job descriptions and guiding new employees through the onboarding process. I am passionate about ensuring that all team members are set up for success in our business.

I collaborate with teachers and production teams to create innovative segments that coincide with BJU Press' curriculum. My primary role is writing scripts for videos, reimagining textbook information into engaging content on a variety of subjects for students ranging from kindergarten to 12th grade. In addition to researching and writing material that meets educational objectives, I have assisted in video production both on location shoots (script clerk) and in the studio (on-camera and voice over talent).

As a line therapist, I collected data and provided one-on-one and group therapy sessions centered on the acquisition of communication, behavioral, social, and cognitive skills. I collaborated with senior therapists and Board Certified Behavior Analysts to tailor therapy to the individual clients. In addition to readily incorporating performance feedback and consistently surpassing performance goals , I met the requirements for certification as a Registered Behavior Technician.

I developed content and structure for courses including speech, theatre, and history. The co-op encouraged a hands-on approach to learning, which I was able to creatively integrate into my classes. I adapted content to a variety of ages, ranging from preschool to twelfth grade, motivating students to engage with and practically apply class content.

I was responsible for the administration of the introductory communications course, working with approximately fifty students each semester. My primary role was helping students to gain confidence in public speaking and construct compelling oral presentations. In addition to designing relevant and engaging lectures, I evaluated assignments and provided constructive feedback.
