I bring the hard data to life by threading together concepts into written, digital and live experiences that make people pause and think, "I need to learn more." My work at Slack's Future Forum propelled me into intense curiosity and study of new ways of working for a more flexible, inclusive and connected workplace. My current roles with Atlassian and Upwork relate to this burgeoning discipline, creating a future of work that's both highly productive and attainable for everyone. At Future Forum, I heard from Fortune 500 executives about how they’re experimenting and innovating to redesign the future of work. I then told their stories through case studies, blog posts, and multi-media (loved applying my passion for video here!) content to bring out new ways of working that center on people. Serving this mission for Future Forum was a great privilege. It was kind of work that I didn’t know I needed: off-the-charts meaningful and truly drove toward a workplace for everyone. Now I'm applying this experience through consulting for other organizations that also use data to move forward the conversation about the future of work. The learning doesn't stop. Building stories and communities that truly change work as we know it fascinates and fulfills me at every turn. And I'm just getting started.
