Manage the projects, sales support for top customers of St. Petersburg and develop the business for the biggest Russian Customers. I manage the projects with cooperation with engineers for the selection of components in each slot of the project. I provide the quick support of customers in crisis situations. Research the activity of competitors, pricing and shipments of distributors. Organize the marketing events for customers and have negotiations with top executives of companies and build partnerships with the Russian distributors of Texas Inst.

Manage the projects with sales from 100K$ and build partnerships and create the business process and implement workflow of 4 distributors of Avago Technologies. Conduct the product training courses for sales departments, individual training for brand managers. I organize and participate of marketing events. I do research market research, plan the annual and quarterly sales tasks, regular report to the European sales office.
