I was assisting the Department of Light Industry and Sericulture through the Ministry's Industrial Development Fund in developing and coordinating sectoral programs in the textile industry, determining gaps and challenges in implementation process as well as developing a set of measures for overcoming these issues working and communicating with international partners, including potential investors, buyers, national entrepreneurs and all other development partners in the industrial sector. was also contributing to the elaboration of project proposals and to the strengthening of the implementation capacities within the ministerial department. More specifically, responsibilities include the following:1. Collection, analysis, preparation and communication of relevant industry information for potential international investors, buyers, customers and other partners in order to attract financial resources, orders of goods and services and necessary local and foreign technical expertise to the textile industry in Tajikistan2. Review of foreign textile industry related materials, including reports and project documents of other developing countries in order to initiate similar activities in Tajikistan3. Manage relationships with potential donors and investors, project implementing agencies, companies and other potential partners nationally and internationally4. Draft project proposals, concept notes and TOR for potential donors, investors and buyers5. Accompany official foreign delegations of potential investors, customers, and donor organizations to industrial enterprises6. Capacity building of the staff of MINT to work with international organizations, including the improvement of their communication, writing, negotiation and project management skills (e.g. business communication by email, writing of official documents for international partners, holding of convincing presentations)

Support with national strategic planning, monitoring and reporting (October - December 2022)I was in charge of the internal review of the UNDP SDG Policy Support Portfolio, focusing on UNDP support to the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade for strategic planning, monitoring and reporting. I was also responsible for the design of a new project document based on the findings of the internal review and in line with strategic objectives of UNDP for 2023-2026. The content of these documents further fed into the second national voluntary review of Tajikistan for the implementation of the Agenda 2030 in 2023.2. Support with business and skills development (July - September 2022)I was assisting the Sustainable Economic Development Cluster, promoting the engagement of youth in sustainable, innovative and inclusive economic development through the enhancement of young people's skills for entrepreneurship and innovations as well as through the improvement of the enabling environment. I was responsible for the identification of challenges and opportunities to match promising startups with potential investors, the support of the development of business models for local startups, the mapping of best practices from other countries that could be integrated into the Tajik initiatives as well as the drafting of concept notes and recommendations for the next project phase.

The AGC is a is a NGO dedicated to improving the work conditions and opportunities, as well as environment, and health of the millions of people involved in artisanal and small-scale gold mining (ASGM) in the developing world. Remaining in charge of the successful implementation of the AGC's projects in Burkina Faso in the role of project manager, I am also working on a transversal level on the business, investment, access to finance, and markets components of the AGC's activities. I am responsible for the interfacing with commercial relationships and establishing efficient supply chain strategies through effective interaction with artisanal miners and their communities, international and independent jewelers and jewelry brands, national mints, large and small gold refiners/traders and the international development community.

I had the overall responsibility for all aspects of project operations including the development of project implementation and work plans, project strategies, finances, logistics, communications, governance, project monitoring and evaluation, and administration; I was in charge of the development of the organization’s public profile and the fostering of effective and productive relations with other NGOs, media organizations, government, and private entities; representation of the AGC and spokesperson at public events, meetings and to the media in Burkina Faso.

The Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation is an office-level agency in the federal administration of Switzerland, and a part of the Federal Department of Foreign Affairs.I was in charge of the external evaluation of the regional pilot project on the design and promotion of virtuous practices in ASGM in West Africa.On the retrospective side, the main objectives of the evaluation were to :1. Assess the results achieved by the project in relation to the original objectives set;2. Analyse the factors and processes that helped or hindered this experimentation and identify the major operational and strategic lessons learned/lessons learned.On the prospective side, the main objectives of the evaluation were to: 1. Formulate recommendations based on the results/lessons of the pilot project and anticipated changes in the context of the artisanal mining sub-sector in Burkina Faso and the West African sub-region;2. Identify artisanal gold mining practices in the West African sub-region, define the issues and challenges, particularly in terms of regulation, legislation and governance, and social and environmental standards, and propose possible areas for intervention.
