Worked with many stakeholders and led multiple volunteer teams to recruit, train & support a diverse slate of candidates for state representative in 2022. Currently producing a weekly podcast on statewide progressive politics and organizing a team of volunteer lawyers to assist city councilors across the state to pass progressive policy.

Co-founded non-profit organization that trains grassroots groups in a different strategy of electoral political organizing. Worked with various experts to create curriculum, coordinated volunteers, traveled across the country to facilitate workshops, supported local chapters.

Inspired and led a team of volunteers in a winning campaign for city council.

Together with my campaign manager, inspired and led a cross-functional volunteer team in the many aspects of a campaign. Raised $40K and garnered 42% of the vote against an incumbent despite inability to canvass due to COVID.

Developed dynamic website in Django.

ZoomTilt provides brands with videos that bring viewers back week after week. Our crowdsourced video production and our video A/B testing analytics are built in Python/Django.As CEO, I raised $100K of investment and landed small and medium brands as customers for our crowdsourced branded entertainment. ZoomTilt was accepted by MassChallenge and Betaspring accelerator programs.As CTO, I built the two-sided marketplace in django, and led a team to build the analytics that we provided to brands.

I was one of the software engineers on staff, there to help out the startups with whatever they need. Mostly iOS coding, some code reviews & architecture, some general advice.

iOS developer (Objective-C) on various iPhone and iPad apps ranging from games to business applications.

Worked on two teams to develop a case management system and the main application. Python.

Learned PHP, MySQL, Smarty, XML, SOAP, PayPal IPN integration, CSS, linux server administration, video compression, flash integration. Developed Super Indie Films, a website where independent filmmakers sell their films for download. Deployed Super Indie Films in February 2007.

Programmed in C++ to develop a 3D virtual set & live footage integration tool; used Qt to develop the user interface; used OpenGL, ARToolkit, and various other APIs.

Member, then President, Board of DirectorsResponsible for the 400-resident Association. Designed and implemented Executive Director job evaluation and probation procedures. Replaced ED, after which UCHA income increased from $1.6M to $2.2M, occupancy increased from 77% to 91%, occupant tenure and living conditions improved.
