DM (Do More), started as part of the H22 City Expo in Helsingborg. Since then, DM has become a social enterprise and a key part of IKEA's exploration of how to create more value for cities and communities, and how to build a 'community as a business'. My role involved strategic planning, P&L setup and management, activation of the DM brand, as well as building and leading the new organization. A significant part of DM's success was due to our collaboration with the city municipality and other partners.As a co-creator at H22, IKEA is part of an International Citizen Expo with a mission to create smarter cities by engaging the local community, the world around us, and IKEA to help shape the future of life at home.
