Kundprojektledare på ett företag som heter Euromed och som utvecklar IT lösningar, främst till sjukhusbruk.I rollen som kundprojektledare har jag ansvaret för produkt- och integrationslösningar till kunder. Min roll är även att stötta säljorganisationen i definieringen av offerten. Vi levererar IT-lösningar till vården, främst dikterings- och bildhanteringslösningar.

Had responsibility for a telecommunication system development project within the IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) area that delivered new software in combination with fault corrections and market adaptations according to a delivery plan (3-4 per year). Every delivery was planned with toll gates and milestones and the steering group made the decisions at the TGs. In addition to that, my project also delivered emergency packages when needed and requested by the customers. During my time we always delivered on time. The project also managed to improve the implementation methods as well as the upgrade procedure of the system. This will be cost saving for the company later on and also gained control of the delivered base. I also acted as support contact for the products within the project, whit regular contact with the market units as a result. As project leader I had full responsibility for keeping time plans and achieve the quality goals within the budget frame (~10Msek). Development teams around the world contributed to the complexity. I reported to the project steering group at the design responsible department and made presentations at the project steering meetings. The customers were satisfied with our releases and the customer support. We started to use incremental development process and in the end we used the Agile development process SCRUM. I have also been responsible for a first office application (FOA) project, were a product is introduced in a customer live network for the first time.

Had responsibility for the support of the Ericsson IP Multimedia Subsystem solution, by managing and coaching the support engineers in the daily work the market units demands on support was satisfied.Had responsibility for the team to achieve the support within the service level agreement within the budget frames. We have worked with a SAP based case handling tool. The cases and the solution were reported in a knowledge base in purpose to increase knowledge and reuse the solutions. I had the responsibility for the external suppliers of third party products. All support went through me and my team, where I managed the support contacts and handled cases towards them. This was a great challenge and an interesting relation, and also a SLA agreement experience.

Had responsibility for maintenance of a sub-system in AXE. I managed a design team responsible for fault corrections and to deliver fault correcting software. This mean to manage the team to make the right prioritizations and to deliver on time with the quality goals that we needed to fulfill.

Worked with function test of an AXE sub system and later on as a test leader. This mean to perform test analysis, write test documentation, execute test cases and also to perform fault searching. In the end of this period I also acted as an assisting project manager, where I helped out with the project planning.

I have during half a year worked as a nurse at ”Riksförsäkringsverketssjukhus”, where I among other tasks managed heart rehabilitate groups during the spring of 1991.
