- Management of categories: Vegetation Suppression services, Fauna and Flora Rescue services, Recovery of Degraded Areas services, Chartered bus services, Health and Safety service and aquisiton of Professional Uniforms and PPE's and MRO.- Responsible for development and execution of the category strategy, strategic soucings (RFI and RFQ), negotiations, spend analysis and aftersales to optimize results.- Observation and analysis of the procurement market, recognition of trends and innovations in the supplier environment.- Development of negotiation strategies and independent implementation of contract and condition negotiations, looking for solutions in case of supply shortages to avoid production stop.

- Procurement key user for implementation of ERP SAP ECC, MM and SRM module in Vale companies.- Mapping of current processes and future functional specification "as is" x "to be", with development of functional specification and interfaces.- Analysis of system parameterizations to ensure implemented functionalities, implementation and monitoring of integrated and unit tests.- Trainings and workshops for new users.- Assisted operation after system implementation.

- Purchasing and managing long-term material contracts, with an expenditure of USD 50 million/year (focus on MRO).- Monitoring of physical and financial controls of current contracts.- Monitoring of cost drivers and application of exchange rate triggers.- Elaboration of new strategy for the procurement of Professional Uniforms category, increasing the KPI on Time in Full from 57% to 83%.
