Hello, my name is Anna Caroline Rollins and I will be receiving my Bachelor of Science degree in Dietetics and Nutrition from the University of Mississippi in May of 2021. Following graduation, I will begin an accelerated nursing program at Goldfarb School of Nursing also in May of 2021. During my academic years I have taken courses such Anatomy/Physiology and Microbiology which have prepared me greatly for nursing school. As I look forward to the future, I am very eager to utilize my prior knowledge to help me better understand the curriculum and better care for patients. I am interested to use my talents in critical thinking and time management to aid my future career as a nurse.
