Consulting to bridge the gap between medical and commercial groups in the new and rapidly growing market of direct-to-consumer blood testing. Practically, this included copywriting for ads and medical articles, digital marketing campaign optimization and development of new business opportunities.

Business Development & External FocusDevelopment and implementation of innovative strategies and technologies to improve recruitment cycle times and improve retention rates. The role has an extended focus on driving innovative / transforming initiatives (e.g. new technologies), and in 2018 I received a Lilly Top 100 Innovator Award for work on a new sourcing model for digital recruitment vendors.I have also been a speaker and panelist at international clinical trial conferences on topics around patient engagement and patient recruitment optimisation.Ongoing portfolio supportIn this role, I have supported more than 25 countries across the globe and over 50 trials (phases I-IV) across multiple therapeutic areas such as diabetes, cardiovascular, immunology, oncology and neurodegeneration.As SRR Consultant I develop global recruitment and retention strategies at program/trial level, and track performance metrics describing the impact of the tactics implemented and vendor engagement optimization. The role includes material development & compliance reviews, central and local outreach campaigns, ROI analysis, etc. The impact of the tactics is balanced against relevant risk (medical, legal, privacy, compliance) to provide guidance to study teams for implementation.

The CDC is the primary interface between Lilly and investigators for Clinical Research, responsible for new sites prospecting, study/site feasibility and site selection. Being accountable for delivering portfolio commitments/milestones for sites and trials within the country/region including site enrolment performance and regulatory submissions (CA & ERB) . Mostly covering Sweden, but for some trials also Denmark, Finland, Latvia & Lithuania.

Monitoring, Site start-up (including contracting and CA/EC submission), Feasibility, Site selection, Patient recruitment & Site closeout activities.
