·Analyze and develop workflow and documentation requirements for clinical, financial and/or business teams for effective management of OnCore, the Clinical Trials Management System, and Forte EDC.·Leads the Oncology clinical trials applications team in the analysis, planning, design, development, validation, testing, implementation, evaluation, maintenance and on-going troubleshooting and support of complex system components to achieve organizational goals.·Responsible for efficient and effective management and administration of the Fred & Pamela Buffett Cancer Center’s Protocol Review and Monitoring System (PRMS) office and its staff.·Develops, implements and monitors the regulatory and reporting program that supports the Cancer Center’s NCI Cancer Center Support Grant (CCSG).·Assists in the writing, editing and submission of the CCSG application for NCI funding. ·Collaboration with members of clinical teams, investigators, operational leaders, technical team members and other relevant stakeholders.·Plan, manage, direct, and coordinate all Oncology research activities to ensure a stable information environment, efficient workflows, responsiveness to research operational needs and optimization of Oncology applications to achieve enterprise goals for research outcomes. Serves as primary consultant to the IRB, Primary Investigator and Institutional leadership for protocol development and continued monitoring through a collaborative approach.·Develop and perform rigorous quality assurance and integration testing.·Coordination of the implementation scope for Oncology clinical trials applications for Nebraska Medicine, UNMC and Children’s Hospital and Medical Center. ·Develop application enhancements and reports to align with organizational priorities. ·Creates and revises all PRMS Committee policies, report and review forms, and all PRMS Standard Operating Procedures and document templates.·Provide 24/7 support for OnCore & other Clinical Trials applications.
