Anna Chambliss is a Consultant in Deloitte’s Infrastructure & Financial Advisory group, specializing in decarbonization, oil and gas, and energy transition strategy. Anna has evaluated foreign government regulations and energy landscapes to develop frameworks that increase energy security. In addition, she has technical experience advising on the growth and development of liquified natural gas markets and infrastructure. Anna has also provided decarbonization strategies and techniques to commercial clients to limit or mitigate their carbon emissions. Prior to Deloitte, Anna worked with ExxonMobil and supported multiple upstream and downstream oil and gas ventures in Guyana, Nigeria, and the United Kingdom as a Project Controls and Cost Engineer. She gained experience in project management, cost estimating, contract execution, tool design, stakeholder management, evaluating projects and assessing their economic, physical, and resource limitations. Anna is a driven and effective energy & capital assets professional, with proven skills in problem solving and effective communication across client and executive audiences. Anna has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from Howard University.
