I wrote reviews about K-dramas, K-pop releases, and opinion articles about current affairs in Korea. I did event coverage as well.

As a Policy & Planning intern, I worked on internal communications projects and a revamp of the internal HR Portal for the ministry. For the revamp, I created a survey to source for opinions and suggestions from employees on how to improve the usability and accessibility of the portal. I also assisted in the programming of a chat bot to increase the interactivity of the portal.

As a summer intern with SASC, I assisted in Corporate Communications for the 5 senior care centres across Singapore. I also created volunteer management guidelines and assisted in the organising of fund-raising programmes. I got the chance to assist in the day to day activities of the centres, learning about the care services provided to clients with dementia.

Reviewed objectionable publications and wrote assessments about them based on content standards and guidelines.

I interviewed a diverse mix of people and wrote feature stories about them for the website. I also assisted in crafting content for Salt&Light's social media channels, focusing on increasing engagement with readers and the community.

I was part of the Community Engagement and Fundraising Department. During my internship, I helped to craft the Annual Report for the past financial year and designed a newsletter.

I organised many children and youth events such as a children's camp in March and a youth overnight games cum zoo trip event in June. I also helped in administrative work for the church office.

I contributed lifestyle articles, features and op-eds to the website. I also conducted interviews with known personalities and covered local charity events. In particular, given that I was a student at the time, I brought a unique Singaporean teenager perspective to Mothership.sg, highlighting this angle in the articles I wrote.
