To gather needs and to define portfolio strategic principles and guidelines for people empowerment change and transformation initiatives with an innovative and people centric approach, optimizing processes and projects; to boost transformation within People and Organization on people empowerment topics, managing change and transformation industrialization, supporting adoption of projects’ deliverables and change management.

Position: Head of People Operations Global Infrastructure and NetworksTo manage people planning and labor costs, liaising with relevant Country’s People Operations and Industrial Relations unit and monitor KPIs for workforce planning, implementing Holding guidelines and organizational documents, process taxonomy and related deep dives implementation at global level; to develop the organizational design and governance at global level also managing data lifecycle and related quality, liaising with Planning and Organization unit; to manage all people and organization processes periodic consolidation and related reporting; to provide support on total rewarding process, according to the defined budget and related guidelines; people staffing and recruiting/onboarding processes.

To ensure the governance of the Group Process map and steer the evolution of the Group Procedural System, supporting the worldwide Organization teams with guideline for issuing of organizational documents and for guaranteeing the related compliance; to drive the implementation of communication and knowledge sharing tools aimed at supporting the Organization community and ensure the proper diffusion at all relevant content; to ensure PMO activities on group-wide digital transformation projects aimed at improving the P&O operating model.

To manage the definition of organizational directives and ensure the related approval process of the Group's key layers; to partner with the relevant Planning and Organization teams for organizational transformation projects; to perform the job evaluation for managerial positions and ensure consistency at Group level for all organizational layers; to disseminate knowledge on methodological frameworks and tools for the job evaluation process; to define guidelines and KPIs for workforce planning, supporting all Planning and Organization teams in their deployment

-Identify where Agile can be adopted/implemented, collaborating with the relevant units on the prioritization and planning of implementation waves-Support people staffing and onboarding processes, acting as Agile Coach for key people and cover change management activities (e.g. training, cultural change) liaising with Development and Compensation unit-Identify and adopt the best suited organizational archetypes for each use case analyzing impacts on the current organization, tools, control models and incentive schemes liaising with Planning and Organization and Development and Compensation units-Monitor the adoption of Agile and the progress of related initiatives

• Coordination of subsidiaries and Countries updates;• Liaise with functions of Holding and other Divisions;• Review of the Boards of Directors’ materials and follow-up to board initiatives;• Management of daily contracts, mails, communications to the Managing Director;• Review of international press and markets.

•Drawing up annual and half-yearly financial statements of Enel Investment Holding BV, in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); •cooperating with external auditors and bookkeepers in order to perform the audit and all accounting activities in a timely manner; •ensuring the integration, standardization and optimization of administrative processes, in collaboration with Holding and Global ICT; for planning and reporting processes, acting as interface with Group Planning and Control Unit and Divisions; •managing Internal Control over Financial Reporting controls; •supporting the foreign companies of the International Division to upload data in the monthly reporting system (Hyperion).

•Analyzing and Consolidating Financial Statements for Enel Foreign Financial Companies; •Cooperating in the preparation of the annual and half-yearly financial statements of Enel Investment Holding BV, in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS); •supporting the foreign companies of the International Division to upload data in the monthly reporting system (Hyperion); •maintaining relationships with external bookkeepers.
