In my role at Nestle, I collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to provide comprehensive HR support throughout the employee life cycle for my client group of about 1,500 employees. This includes partnering with business units to investigate and resolve day-to-day HR issues, as well as owning and maintaining employee data in the HRIS and our employee files. I handle a variety of tasks such as relocation initiation, data changes, special payments/deductions, hires, transfers, and terminations. Additionally, I manage compliance tasks such as completing I-9 forms and handling unemployment claims for my assigned client groups.Beyond daily operations, I actively contribute to various projects for my team, focusing on initiatives that enhance HR processes and support organizational goals. I am also regularly involved in companywide system testing, updates, and deployments. My role is crucial in ensuring operational efficiency and driving impactful HR strategies within Nestle.

Worked to assist in recruiting and talent acquisition methods and strategies. Responsible for finding, attracting and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the company's workforce needs and goals. My responsibilities included scheduling candidate interviews and consensus calls, generating and extending offer letters to candidates, and facilitating background checks. I also participated in mass hiring and integration projects for various business acquisitions.

Duties included onboarding and off-boarding, leading orientation, regular employee check-ins, maintaining records through an HRIS system, payroll reports, sourcing candidates for open positions and assisting recruiters.

Responsibilities included audit review, I-9 organization, leading orientation, supporting recruiters with sourcing and hiring, aiding annual benefit facilitation and open enrollment, as well as collaborating to plan company events for more than 300 employees.
