Program Administrator
Current• Providing comprehensive administrative support for regional operations, including correspondence preparation, conference call management, invoicing, expense processing, scheduling, and travel arrangements.• Collaborating with marketing and development departments to oversee various aspects of regional donor events, including planning for fundraising.• Coordinating regional staff meetings, trainings, and events, handling logistics, materials preparation, minute recording, and distribution.• Assisting with editing, preparation, and distribution of Program reports, documents, and newsletters for donors, community partners, and stakeholders.• Managing data management system for program reporting and support student or partner events as needed.• Providing primary support to front desk and cover as necessary, participating in special projects and additional administrative duties as assigned.
