• Delivered a three year Strategic Development Plan to the Board detailing strategies, revenue forecasts, expenditure budgets, stakeholders, and resources for revenue streams including major gifts, bequests, corporate.
• Delivered a three year Communications & Marketing Plan to the Board including research and development of prospect pipelines and stewardship plans for major gifts prospects, bequest prospects, and corporate partnership.
• Reviewed and updated content and messaging across all communication channels to external stakeholders, facilitating a 57% increase in donations from the previous year.
• Assesses and restructured the Development Team to achieve delivery of the Strategic Development Plan.
• Mentored the Development Team through the delivery of the end of financial year direct mail appeal, utilizing multiple stream personalisations in ‘warm’ and ‘acquisition’ campaigns resulting in an 82% increase in.

• Negotiated and stewarded a $5 million corporate partnership portfolio and created meaningful partnerships to deliver ongoing funding for research projects.
• Formulated and led fundraising strategies for donor acquisition and retention, regular giving, major giving, bequests, and community partnerships.
• Developed and implemented strategies within the Greenslopes Hospital community to activate patients and staff into the donor pipeline including the establishment of the Greenslopes Hospital Cancer Wellness Program.
