I am an experienced Talent Acquisition leader, staffing strategist and IT recruiting agency owner with extensive experience in the staffing and search industry. Centradyne provides business acceleration solutions for fast-growing companies and organizations. Our services include technical recruiting (including contract, direct hire, and executive placements), business development solutions, and capture management support. I founded and currently lead our our IT Recruiting Services division.Prior to Centradyne, I held leadership positions in the Technology Recruiting practices of several DC metro area and national search firms, where I consulted with technology organizations, IT executives, and HR leaders to develop recruiting strategies that attracted top talent for staff and Executive positions in Information Technology. I have also worked internally in corporate recruiting and talent acquisition, and supported HP's expansion in multiple US markets, including the human capital requirements for HP's Cloud Computing solutions. My experience in staffing and search leadership is supported by my early career in professional writing, marketing communications and business analysis roles for software product, telco, media, and government contracting companies.
