Manage AUCD’s digital communications and marketing activities, including live and recorded webinars, in-person meetings, website and newsletter content, and printed materials. Support dissemination across projects and ensure coordination, consistency, and accessibility of all activities.

Coordinate the planning, preparation and dissemination of print, web-based, and social media communications; coordinates learning activities including webinars, meetings and conferences; and supports marketing and branding efforts.

Support and assist in carrying out a range of technical assistance and information exchange activities to support the UCEDD programs under a technical assistance contract with the Administration for Community Living.

Responsible for developing and maintaining SFCD’s websites; management of the SFCD library; maintaining and updating SFCD’s information and resource databases; researching disability-related information and maintaining up-to-date resource materials; creating and maintaining information sheets and resource packets: editing the quarterly newsletter; providing appropriate resource materials for workshops and presentations; and coordinating exhibitors at agency events.

Work closely with the Executive Director and staff in the planning and coordination of meetings, conferences and other events. Develop and coordinate communication materials to support agency awareness, fundraising activities, volunteer management and strategic initiatives. Create and coordinate multi-media marketing materials for all agency initiatives including, the earned income initiative, fundraiser events, annual report and donor appeals.

Assisted with the development, implementation, and management of national medical education conferences.
