In 2018 I decided to turn my passion for fitness into business and opened the Phoenix Max Performance studio. As a trainer, I am committed to helping my clients reach their peak performance, whether they are training for a marathon or losing weight. This fascination with peak performance led me to pursue Personal Performance Coaching, Corporate and Executive coaching, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, DISC trainer and Mental Health First Aid qualifications.As I coached my client’s body and mind, I have come to realise physical peak performance, peak performance at work, peak performance of teams and peak performance of the business could be achieved using the same methods and techniques.
