My work included building strategy for and driving operations within customer success, both short- and long term, and building and developing our partner network from scratch. Further, I took part in driving the company forward in general by for example discussing how to develop and grow our business, and by developing our product.

I was driving and developing the innovation initiative of Sigma IT together with my three colleagues. The department aimed at developing the innovative capabilities of our customers, on all levels and across entire organizations. I was working with delivery of customer projects, sales and strategic development of the department. I have had the opportunity to, among other things, build an innovation program for a large international company, coach start-ups in our entrepreneurship competition, help an innovation department to break down and formulate their strategic areas for innovation and develop my skills in sales.Sigma IT became NEXER after i left.

Me and my college lead an innovation project aiming to explore a new area of business for Volvo Cars. Based on research and user insighting, we developed a concept and a business model which was tested in three cycles of pilot tests. Further, we acted as intrapreneurs within the company, aiming to implement the concept into Volvo’s value offer. We ran the project on about 80%, while writing our master thesises, and continued with pilot testing on a full time employment during the summer or 2018.
