I headhunted and placed several dozen of experts from specialist to director level in Real Estate. It brought me to the point where I still work with people to whom I found a job 10 years ago. Becoming a successful recruiter, enabled me to be promoted to the leading role in Construction&Property sector.Step 2: Various sectors and universal challengesA step forward was the assignment to re-setup Life Sciences specialism, new area of expertise to me. At the end I was managing recruitment teams in such specialism as Accoutancy&Finance, HR&Legal, Financial Institutions, HR&Legal, Manufacturing, Logistics&Procurment, Shared service Centre. After hundreds of meeting with clients, I realise that at some point the problems in staffing and talent management are the same, no matter the sector or specialism. What it differs is approach and applicable tools to attract a talent who will influence the organisation's grow. Working for different industries was fantastic asset for my experience.Step 3: The same knowledge, different perspectiveTalent attraction is a challenge for each industry. But what if we make a step forward- when we get right people how to ensure they are effective, engaged and develop their full potential?
