In this position I incorporated positive classroom behavior management daily, I planned and taught lessons that were differentiated to meet my student’s different needs based on their abilities, learning styles, IEPs, as well as cultural and socio-economic needs. I built a strong rapport with the community, school, students, and parents. I encouraged my students to work at their greatest learning potential and supported them towards my high standards and expectations. I am especially proud of my ability to create and implement lessons at the online-only and hybrid in-person and online capacities. I supported my students in completing their best work during the uncertain and unprecedented challenges the pandemic has brought to learning.
