• Leads and coordinates multiple projects and services to meet Agilec customer experience and service delivery goals with respect to Training, Career Transition Services, and Outplacement Services• Consults with internal and external stakeholders to understand areas of focus, gaps in knowledge/service, and overall operational goals and work to develop solutions• Develops and creates resources to support information exchange, learning and development, and process documentation for a variety of platforms including learning platform use/access, resource/tool development, training delivery, and ongoing support• Creates and enhances processes and workflows to optimize resources and manage projects and service offerings with the coordination of finance, marketing, IT, and organizational services team members in addition to dedicated project teams• Reviews, assesses alignment, and responds to RFP opportunities relating to training, employment, career assessments, service delivery, and content development on behalf of Agilec lines of business

• Support adult learners as they navigate the OntarioLearn platform using Blackboard learning management system (learners generally have little to beginner-level digital literacy and technical skills)• Serve as Course Facilitator for Introduction to Computers course focusing on Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills development as well as Windows and general computer knowledge • Provide additional coaching, training, and instruction to learners who are experiencing difficulty with existing online lessons and resources• Assess, grade, and provide feedback for submitted assignments – monitor auto-graded assignments identifying inconsistencies or deviate from usual learner work and achievement levels • Communicate and reach out to learners who require additional technical support by providing instruction, encouragement, and coaching over email, text, or virtual meetings
