BCA is a 3rd level Fine Art College accredited by NUI Galway, delivering PhD, MFA, MA and Study Abroad programmes in Fine Art to Irish and international students. During my time at BCA I doubled the postgraduate enrolment and faculty-led study abroad intake through strategic marketing campaigns, while also delivering a series of stand-alone art education events with partners such as the Irish Museum of Modern Art, the Royal College of Art, NCAD, IADT and others.

I was responsible for all stakeholder communications, marketing initiatives and PR for the BC in Ireland. During this time, I delivered a 200% increase in media coverage across print, radio, tv and online for the historic “Through Irish Eyes” conference.

I took over the running of GFC when it was in serious financial difficulty. I renegotiated financing arrangements with key stakeholders, including the Arts Council, Bank of Ireland and GMIT. Within two years, I returned GFC to a position of financial stability and growth. I also led a team of 5 full-time and 10 part-time staff to deliver the film production support, education, and community filmmaking programmes that are at the heart of the GFC's work.

I was responsible for all marketing, communications and PR for the IFB. One of my key achievements was managing the Irish Pavilion at the Cannes Film Festival, leading a team of five, and hosting various industry events and meetings during the two-week festival.

One of the highlights of my time at Druid was working on the award-winning 'The Leenane Trilogy' by Martin McDonagh, including the world premiere event for 350 VIPs and touring with them during their Broadway run.
