• I spearhead the creative work and development across multiple campaigns, large and small, and act as the bridge between the agency and our clients. Using best practices, I have successfully delivered final products.
• Assist in writing creative briefs and presentations
  
• Present strategy, creative, and timelines to the client on behalf of the agency in a way that the clients can understand
  
• Successfully multi-task in managing creative development timelines for different clients in order to hit deadlines as communicated and promised to our clients
  
• Lead production process between our agency producers and our clients, working with AICP forms
  
• Manage production budgets with outside vendors (both Firm and Cost-plus budgets)
  

My position at the Hotel Del furthered my communication skills. I would constantly have face-to-face interactions with customers, and at times I was put in difficult customer situations. I was able to master these interpersonal skills and ultimately provide a positive outcome and experience for those customers.

This was essentially a telephone sales role during which I consistently met and surpassed goals and was promoted to supervisor of the team. I gained experience in managing and motivating others and developed solid communication skills based on the nature of the job (reaching out to alumni to ask for donations to the University.)

Gained experience in implementing promotional tactics and building campaigns to bring awareness to major upcoming films.
