Stakeholders include sell side analysts, buy side active and passive investors, investor coalitions (eg IIGCC, CA100+, ShareAction etc), ESG ratings and data providers (MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS etc), proxies, standard setters (eg SASB) and influencers (eg TPI). • Work collaboratively with ESG analysts to assess the materiality/financial impact of ESG factors on a company’s long-term value• Prepare ESG content for the Board, Executive Committee and senior management• Support the preparation of all communication materials including press releases, investors presentations, FAQ’s, fact sheets, e-mails, etc.ESG data• Champion improvements to ESG data with internal stakeholders and aligned disclosures with the various ESG frameworks (eg. Integrated ESG risks for the upstream business of Shell in Ukraine. Identified existing and emerging ESG issues, risks and opportunities and worked with cross functional teams to develop integrated mitigation solutions.  Ensured stakeholder management and ESG risks and opportunities were appropriately considered and managed by the project business opportunity managers and technical leads.  Delivered results through a diverse team without direct authority.
