I joined a small team at Vonex shortly after its ASX listing. My role focused on transformational growth through brand development, marketing strategies, and leveraging both organic and acquisition channels. Between 2018 and 2022, our team grew exponentially to over 100. I was responsible for leading the strategic direction of marketing, communications, brand management, and public relations.Key Achievements:Brand Development: Elevated Vonex to a leading challenger brand in the telecommunications industry.Strategic Partnerships: Secured an exclusive telecommunications partnership with the Qantas Business Rewards programme, significantly boosting Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) and contract length, driving over 50% of new customers.Data Integration: Built a comprehensive Data Lake connecting sales, billing, and support data, and implemented a CRM system for the sales team.Rebranding: Led the rebranding of four acquisitions, providing a blueprint for future expansions.Lead Nurturing: Implemented an automated lead nurturing system, becoming the primary source of organic growth.Sales Leadership: In addition to the marketing team, I led the sales team for a period.
