Handle all the communication subjects ranging from mass communication, advertising and interpersonal communication, to public speaking and public relations. Accomplishments: My public relations students strategize campaigns for actual clients like the Selangor SPCA. These range from fundraisers to educational seminars and trap, neuter, release and manage (TNRM) campaigns. The success of these campaigns and my long-standing relationship with the SPCA led to the Stray Free Campus Campaign, a long term commitment to TNRM all the strays on campus. Our achievement was recognised by HRH Tengku Permaisuri Norashikin and I was conferred an award for initiating this program. The campaign garnered positive media publicity and I was approached by Celcom to participate in their ‘I Care’ campaign where I was featured as an animal advocate. Furthermore, I am also the advisor to the Grapevine, a mass communication club, which organises the yearly Halloween event, a very American tradition.

Due diligence required to ensure that three monthly publications were produced in a timely manner within a RM3 million budget. Responsible for overall office administration overseeing 22 people. Required to manage the sales department ensuring that they reached their monthly goals of RM250,000 each month. Accomplishments: Demonstrated the ability to set in place workflow procedures that streamline operations and increase staff efficiency by 20%. Also developed the original proposal for the Kuala Lumpur Gourmet Festival which has since become an annual tourist attraction.

Was able to make a consistent yearly profit despite the economic downturn.
