About Anna Kosunen
As an Employer Branding professional my mission is to understand the strengths and the potential of an Employer Brand, and strategically build an employer image that attracts and retains talent in the organization. I first got interested in Employer Branding via my Master’s Studies in Turku School of Economics. After writing my Master’s Thesis about Supporting Employer Branding via Inbound Marketing, I soon realized I had found my passion in my career. For the past 9 years I have been working with Employer Branding and communications in the IT field, where the competition over talent is fierce, and a strong Employer Brand is a necessity - not an option. I work in a marketing team, yet in a close collaboration with Talent & HR teams. Together we define our target audiences and recruitment needs, that are in line with organization's vision and long-term strategic goals. Also, we collaborate to enhance employee experiences, that help to cultivate a workplace that everyone is proud to be part of. In my role I'm responsible for creating, following, and maintaining organization's Employer Brand strategy.My strengts lie in great communications and team working skills. I’m curious about people, and I believe that great stories lay behind each individual. I find story telling a powerful way to engage talent with organization's Employer Brand. My experience in corporate communications is a great asset in my work as an Employer Branding professional. I'm also experienced in brand building, and one of the highlights of my career was being part of branding an IT company Haallas since day 1. I currently work as an Employer Branding Lead at Siili Solutions Oyj.

I'm responsible for Siili's strategic Employer Branding. I work in Siili's marketing team - in a close collaboration with Talent & People functions, supporting them to attract and retain the best talent in the market.
