Full cycle recruiting for University Faculty and staff, specifically Cyber Security, Computer Information Science, and Electronic Engineering Technology. Duties include ensuring prompt and accurate compliance with established company hiring practices and processes. Provide guidance to hiring managers on all matters related to faculty and staff employment. Review job orders and create applicant flow; match applicants with job requirements utilizing the advanced sourcing strategies and methods. Coordinate research projects – both internal and external – to identify potential candidates for key searches. Prepare and list internal and external job postings to generate qualified candidates. Review resumes and applications of both internal and external candidates, screen candidates to ensure qualifications and fit, administer appropriate assessments, and conduct interviews to properly assess candidates. Support HR and talent team, including Head of Talent, in recruiting talent for firm, coordinating all interviews, communicating with all candidates as well as agency partners, working closely with Human Resources Business Partners to develop procedures for Recruiting team, collaborating with business leaders regarding departments’ hiring needs and expectations, maintaining recruiting website through Jobvite (applicant tracking system). Utilizes LinkedIn to source for passive candidates, conducts resume screenings, HR screening calls. Full cycle recruiting experience.

Responsible for overall service in restaurant, training of new staff members, meets with advisory board members on a monthly basis, conducts weekly training classes, provides structured server mentorship and follows up on all guest feedback in addition to all other management obligations.
