Job Description: In January 2011, I designed the templates and main files they use for their tracking of production and machine time. These files are updated daily. Instead of having 10 different files and trying to keep up with them all, I made it to where all of the information is keyed in one place by the people on the floor, and they can analyze and determine other things like: downtime, production, availability, performance rate, with one click. I also handled extremely sensitive data of their terminated/deceased employees like social security numbers, tax information, addresses, ect. Approximate Hours per week: 20-32
