Hello and welcome to my LinkedIn profile!My name is Anna Eskola and I currently work in Savoa Partners Oy as a partner.I possess deep knowledge of both the professional and customer interface in the field of health care due to my wide experience working in patient care as a head nurse and working in the health care service development projects. I have been working in different projects as a Development Manager and as a Project Specialist and Project Manager. I was the driving force in implementing the virtual health check concept to citizens of Helsinki used by over 5000 people. This e-service offers citizens of Helsinki opportunities for self health care. At City of Helsinki we implemented new operational models focused on customers electronically contacting health care professionals to determine service requirements. In Oy Apotti Ab I was the project manager for patient portal Maisa which we got live in March 2019 in HUS Peijas and Vantaa health- and social care in May 2019. It was a very fascinating journey to be part off. I now have deep knowledge on how an huge IT project is managed and lead from scratch to golive. In Savoa Partners Oy we provide telemedicine services and work with our customers both in public and private healthcare sector to improve and change their operating models. The goal to optimize system performance is to simultaneously accomplish three critical objectives, which are called Triple Aim (ihi.org) improve the health of the population; enhance the patient experience of care (including quality, access, and reliability); and reduce the per capita cost of care.
