Managed a group of ~25 employees (3 line mgrs) responsible for PMO and Business Excellence, Procurement ($40M third party spend), Workplace (11 European offices) and Business Continuity. As specific assignment, successfully project managed part of GE Capital's exit from the UK market following the global divestiture of GE Capital.

As global PMO for GE Capital International (operations in 30+ countries, 27k employees) I lead enterprise-wide strategic programs, utilizing project mgm, Lean Six Sigma, change mgm and agile methodologies. Key achievements;▪ Lead business integration merging Europe, Asia and Pacific headquarters to one single unit in 4 months, resulting in 18% headcount reduction and $60M cost savings p.a.▪ Delivered business-wide transformation project automating end-to-end financing process in Germany, resulting in 85% cycle time reduction and $1.7M cost savings.▪ Responsible, as one of three coaches, for global roll-out of ‘GE FastWorks’ (Lean Startup) including training 800+ employees to instil a culture of customer centricity, innovation, agility and fast learning.
