I am a psychotherapist on the spectrum with ADHD. I have been late diagnosed so I can relate to NT and ND. I understand how life-changing could be for anyone to be diagnosed with Autism. I am helping people who are experiencing detachment, unexplained pain, and lack of stability. Along with high levels of emotional distress, mood difficulties, shame, guilt, difficulties with self-esteem and difficulties in life in general. I offer a non-judgemental, welcoming space where you can find your own solutions and paths that would lead you to growth and building resilience.
