As an HR Generalist my main responsibilities are:- Recruitment including employer branding, search, interviews and administration- Onboarding and other initiatives to strengthen the Einride culture and identity- Continuously develop the HR operation together with closest leader and colleagues- General HR administration and support to the business

Responsible for end to end recruitment, employer branding initiatives and pre-onboarding in Sweden. I help key stakeholders within all functions (marketing, customer development, finance, supply chain, procurement, R&D & IT) to discover new and existing talent.

During the summer of 2015, I worked as a Financial Assistant at Alfred Berg's Asset ManagementFinancial Department. My main tasks were administration of invoices and providing assistance for the Accountants.

During the summer of 2012 I worked as a Receptionist at BNP Paribas. The reception was responsible for two other companies in the building. Main tasks included assisting at events, welcoming guests and handling of incoming calls

As part of the International Economy programme at Danderyds Gymnasium it was mandatory to go to London for a three week practical experience. I had the opportunity to work for Carnegie and was fortunate to rotate between departments to get an overview of the business.
