Results: - MHM education, reusable pads and menstrual cups distributed to 10.000+ girls, boys, women, men, partners and stakeholders- Creation of sustainable structures and environments for taboo-free and comprehensive menstrual education to everyone- Positive results and learning from innovative pilot project with menstrual cups and reusable pads in Rhino Camp Refugee Settlement creating international attention from UNHCR, other INGOs, and international media- Successful delivery of capacity building workshop on Menstrual Health Management (MHM) for Save the Children staff from Norway and Uganda, and Clean Cup CEO. This was the foundation for a pilot project implemented with Save the Children under their NORAD framework in Northern Uganda, which now being scaled up across Northern Uganda- Capacity building workshop on MHM and and project implementation for Family Health Options Kenya (FHOK) staff in Nairobi. This formed the base for current MHM pilot project implemented by FHOK in Homa Bay, Kenya. The project is supposed by Sex og Samfund/Danish Family Planning Association- Successful implementation of pilot project in Buikwe District schools have led to scale-ups, with the 3rd being reviewed! Supposed by the Icelandic Embassy in Uganda under the Icelandic Development Agency (ICEIDA), as part of the Buikwe District Fishing Communities Development Programme (BDFCDP). Further, I provided material for communication efforts, as well as was in charge of events and other advocacy efforts. In charge of a team of several officers, trainers, data collection assistants, interns and volunteers.

As Project and Monitoring & Evaluation (M&E) Officer in WoMena Uganda I lead the development of M&E tools, standard procedures and quality data capturing, including the introduction of electronic data collection across different projects, defining standard M&E indicators, mapping of intervention sites across Uganda, and the creation of participatory M&E tools, forms and tests to be applied across different segments of the intervention population. I coordinate two menstrual health pilot interventions; one in Rhino Camp Refugee Settlement in West Nile Region where menstrual cups and AFRIpads are piloted among South Sudanese refugees and the Ugandan host population, including thorough base- and end-line data collection, analysis and reporting on outcomes. The other project runs in Buikwe District with female district workers, councellors and teachers, to whom menstrual cups are piloted, before being distributed to schoolgirls.

Desk study, interview guides and large baseline questionnaire, and conducted qualitative and quantitative data through extensive fieldwork in Northern Uganda for 4 months in 4 different districts (Pader, Otuke, Abim, Alebtong) across 3 different sub-regions (Karamoja, Acholi, Lango). Focus on the current status in shea communities: what is the role of shea to the local population, and how will an increased commercialisation of shea impact the local collectors and communities. This was measured through indicators such as education, income, expenditures, struggles, environmental protection, legislation, gender equality, NTFPs, ecosystem services, trade, training and capacity building, women's empowerment, psychosocial wellbeing, sustainability, resilience, coping strategy index, etc. Tools for data collection included KoBoToolbox, SPSS, Microsoft Excel, GIS.
