Main Task: To support the company’s active growth during the launch of new verticals. This included ensuring all HR processes were aligned with the company’s scaling objectives. The company consists of 3 Ready To Eat products - Grow Food, PriEm, new NDA product. Also this year we launched Retail vertical.My role reports directly to the owners, I developed a strategy based on an adapted 6-pager format tailored to our business needs.Over the year, the company grew 1.5 times in terms of headcount, with an increase of 150 people in business units and over 2,000 in operational roles.Main Metrics: Revenue Per Employee, CAC, eNPS, Time To Productivity, Employee Turnover etc

The group includes Qlean.ru, Qlean B2B, Qlean.Stirka, Cherdak, and Wola/Ever, Prop-Tech focused on building a unified PaaS platform.My first task was integrating 3 verticals into a matrix structure and overseeing org design.I built and managed HRBP teams across IT and non-IT streams, recruitment, internal comms, T&D, HR admin, and office management, with teams ranging from 7 to 20 members.Key Achievements:- Established processes across the employee life cycle- Designed and implemented Performance Review, culminating in the separation of Performance and Salary Reviews. Fully supported these with comprehensive HR policies- Developed a hiring process with 95% SLA and launched a job board, reducing CAC by 35%- Conducted extensive EJM research - Introduced a benefits framework and a structured approval process for team building events, linked to team achievements- Overhauled personnel documentation and related policies, ensuring complianceCrisis Management (2019 / 2022):- Cost optimization and margin-focused project prioritization initiativesDuring the recruitment freeze I maintained the hiring team and covered their salary expenses by starting my own recruitment agency. Specialized in filling C-level vacancies as part of our Executive Search practice and also IT positions. Our clients included companies such as TBank, Samolet Dev, Tingz, Best Doctor, HeadHunter, Cloud Payments, Skillbox etc.
