Oversaw day-to-day operations, including interfacing with multiple departments inside and outside of the clinic and organization. Fostered relationships and served as representative to strengthen organizational standing among numerous committees and organizations. Developed and facilitated training programs for medical students, providers, and staff, through mediums of education panels, presentations, and system wide articles. Drove inclusive outreach development and research projects in the community to increase annual patient volumes and accessibility. Standardized resettlement data collection procedures and Epic EMR builds for improved population health management. Prepared and implemented multispecialty standard work processes, while monitoring equitable outcomes for diverse patient populations throughout the University Health system.

Established a multifaceted program within a large organization, with purpose of serving high-risk patients and compassionate care teams. Provided cultural competency training to over 500 internal employees, both patient facing and backend development. Managed communications between patients, patient's caseworkers, staff, and providers to provide professional and culturally sensitive patient care. Coordinated workshops and free clinics for different patient populations based upon needs. Created and implemented a resettlement tracking interface within the Epic EHR.

Communicated patient needs with appropriate services and arranged appointments, referrals, and authorizations. Trained over 40 internal employees on administrative processes and new organizational goals, to facilitate efficient and safe patient care. Monitored multiple projects and staff goals to increase balance collections from 31% to 49% in one fiscal year.
