This taskforce is a collaboration between the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and the NYU School of Professional Studies Coaching Innovation Lab . The purpose of the task force is to explore and define ICF's role in influencing the adaptation of AI in coaching by convening the most influential technologists and thought leaders in the digital and AI space to help ICF develop guidance and recommendations around:1. Better engaging those developing AI by providing guidance on the science, ethics, and standards that inform the professional practice of coaching2. Providing coach education and creating awareness around AI and the use of AI in coaching and coaching-related tools and technologies 3. Identifying future directions, needs, and emerging technologies
