I focus on working with leaders and aspiring leaders passionate about the charity, not-for-profit and educations sector to support them to secure their dream job and make a tangible difference to those who need it the most.Recent roles I've recruited great people to include Directors for The Trussell Trust and Shelter and Chief Executives for The Wildlife Trusts and Home-Start UK. I'm particularly keen to support women in their leadership roles as I see all too often women talk down their amazing experience, those with disabilities that face countless challenges in the work place and those that offer a fantastic perspective through their lived experience.
