I graduated in 2019 from Louisiana Tech University where I majored in Sustainable Supply Chain Management and minored in Marketing Account Management. After graduation, I began my career as an Area Maintenance Manager for Walmart Supply Chain where I helped lead my team in Reliable Operations. I was chosen as the Subject Matter Expert in DMAIC and Breakdown Analysis for the Southeast Division. After two years, I was promoted to Senior Continuous Improvement Leader for the entire facility where I led continuous improvement efforts and Walmart Performance System in the distribution center. In 2021 I accepted the role of Lean Manufacturing Specialist for Talos Engineered Products. I owned continuous improvement efforts, developing and implementing processes throughout the company at our three manufacturing and assembly locations. I wrote and developed standards for 5S, Root Cause Analysis, Key Performance Indicators, and several other work stream processes. I also designed and developed visual dashboards to analyze and track data for our top level company metrics, as well as for several individual departments. After two years as Lean Manufacturing Specialist, I was recruited by Talos Field Services and promoted to Project Manager. As a Field Services Project Manager, I am responsible for every aspect of the projects assigned to me from start to finish. I ensure each step of the project from quoting to final inspection flow seamlessly and each piece of the project is communicated to appropriate stakeholders. I am excited to continue to learn more each day and grow professionally and personally with my team and Talos Engineered Products.
