Warren and Mahoney is an established, multi-disciplinary architecture and design practice with 8 studios and 300+ people across New Zealand and Australia. Reporting to W&M’s Auckland-based Group P&C Officer, I look after all-things-HR for the Melbourne, Sydney and Wellington studios, the 3 teams totaling approximately 110 lovely, creative humans. I’m based in Melbourne and travel regularly to Sydney and Wellington. My role involves:- Partnering with leaders to create a productive and engaged company culture- Working with the leadership teams to align people strategies with business goals- Providing advice across the full range of people management issues, and policy compliance - Collaborating with leaders to ensure effective employee lifecycle management, and change management - Working with the Group Recruitment Manager to ensure an exceptional candidate experience - Project managing group-wide HR projects, including Career Development programs - Continually reviewing and improving P&C processes and policies I was promoted to Associate in May 2023.
