Civil engineer providing business and operational oversight to a team of engineers with diverse technical backgrounds and project portfolios. We pride ourselves on being construction-wise engineers and providing exceptional communication and a pro-active approach to every project. Internally, we are continuously building our team by seeking out driven and passionate individuals; driven to be experts in our field and passionate about building structures. Throughout my years of experience as a civil engineer in the land development industry, I worked with some of the most high-performing developers in the region. While working on several premier master-planned communities, I developed skills as an excellent communicator and big picture thinker with an affinity for preserving the development's vision while reigning the technical aspects of the engineering design. I coordinated intimately with developers, planners, architects and other engineers to unite each piece of very complex projects. During this time I also had the opportunity to be a part of building a growing firm and was involved in aspects of recruiting, staff development, operations management, and business development in addition to engineering project management. Exposure to these fields gave me insight into the dynamics of a rapidly-growing engineering firm while working alongside some of the most respected individuals in the industry.
