In this position, I organized and led small and large group activities such as crafts, archery, swimming, games, educational exercises, and competitions. Furthermore, I coordinated and collaborated with co-counselors and leadership staff to ensure the safety and entertainment of all campers aged from six to ten.While working, I assisted in organizing and also participated in fundraising activities for children to go to the camp for free. In June 2020, I brought on a new role as a mentor in the YMCA mentor program, where I led group conversations and provided mentoring and guidance to new and existing staff members. Additionally, I served as an outlet for customer service and answered questions and concerns from parents and potential customers.
