As leader of this non-profit organisation, my role was first of all to develop its potential and reinforce it as an asset to eliminate domestic violence.• Design the organisation's strategy and action plans• Manage the organisation's finances: fundraising and donors relations, budgeting, reporting to the Board• Plan and implement awareness-raising actions• Develop online tools for e-counselling• Coach and supervise the professional team• Collaborate with specialised services on national and international level

• Facilitate information sharing between Cantons and the Confederation• Collect facts and figures on specific issues from organisations on the field• Manage members' monthly meetings (establish agenda, provide updates on members' activity, etc.)• Plan and organise three national conferences (from 80 to 200+ participants) in collaboration with the coordinator of the Swiss German Conference• Assist in the creation of the National Conference Against Domestic Violence
