I am responsible for leading the Digital Workspace Airport (DW Air) product, which serves 25 airlines. My role involves developing and executing enhancements for DW Air, while closely collaborating with customers, scrum teams, delivery and account managers. I also prioritize the product roadmap and gather customer requirements to work on solutions that address their needs. Furthermore, I conduct demonstrations of our existing DW Air solutions and deliver presentations on technical implementation.

As a member of the Business Analyst team, I collaborated with development teams to coordinate an eCommerce project aimed at creating an Internet sales platform for airlines. This project involved the implementation of Digital Connect (DC) to expose JSON (JavaScript Object Notification) services, allowing customers to build and control their own User Interface (UI). My responsibilities included the creation of stateless services for airport applications and internet booking engines. The resulting product is utilized by 44 airlines. I had the privilege of working directly with customers to gather requirements and meticulously prepare technical documentation

I am accountable for overseeing the check-in and ticketing services for Lufthansa and Austrian Airlines, both in their daily operations and during exceptional circumstances. I work in close collaboration with the Operations department and the Cockpit/Cabin crew to ensure the prompt dispatch of aircraft. In addition, I am responsible for the training of agents and the supervision of handling agent services. I oversee all Polish stations that serve Lufthansa flights in terms of ticketing services. Furthermore, I am responsible for inaugurating the Lufthansa operations at Rzeszow Airport. My training has been conducted at the Munich and Frankfurt bases.
