- Keep track of inventory. Count in new merchandise and make sure each product is photographed and put into the database. - Place orders for clients who need specific merchandise. - Photoshop – design shirts and create/edit banners and images for web stores. - Client relations – manage all client accounts and keep up to date with their web stores and sales. - Keep track of invoices of particular clients.

I had the opportunity to travel to Miami, FL with Azart Gallery for Miami Art Week! I helped to represent the artists presented through sales and helped to set up and take down the booths. This job includes customer service work, art handling and sales.

Host:- Greet, seat and take reservations.- Communicate efficiently with BOH and FOH staff. Bartender:- Mix drinks, interact with customers, take orders and keep a clean bar.

Recent Projects: - Co-curated and designed the Sketchbook Art Show (March 2015). - Curated If Seeing is Believing, Not Seeing is Believing Too at Fort Houston (March 2015).- Curated, designed and participated in We're Not Here show at Boheme Collectif (December 2013). - Curated Goodbye Paper Lake Show (March 2014).

- Inventory: keep an up to date list of artwork in the gallery.- Art Handling: prepare work for shows, move and place work, wrap work to keep protected.- Maintenance: build sufficient bins for art, paint walls and pedestals for upcoming shows, clean the gallery. - Exhibition Design/Decorating: create window displays, add and subtract elements for art shows.

Curate, Connect, and Catalog

- Customer service: greet customers, provide effective feedback, give information on sales and new items. - Maintain a clean store, fold clothes, keep track of inventory.- Help close or open the store.

- Assist with art classes. - Monitor the care of children: keep track of kids, organize lunch time, be present for drop off and pick up before and after camp. - Be a fun and excited presence for the kids!

- Assist with research for upcoming exhibitions. - Sit in on meetings for exhibition plans. - Shadow various staff within the Frist Center community: ex. Witnessed the installation of "Paint Made Flesh" exhibition while shadowing the Exhibition Designer.
